For Leiria Ladies who are participating in the Bombeiros Weigh-In we have a great reward for the lady who loses the most bythe December meeting ... just in time for the festive season a full body massage.  Kindly donated by Glamour, Instituto de Beleza, Rua Duarte Pacheco, nº12,  Monte Real 2425-031,  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  They do manicures, pedicures, weight loss programs and massage, they are not far from the coffee mornings and well worth a visit.  So thanks to them for their generous support and good luck.

In Leiria the ladies decided to start a 'weigh-in' not only to make themselves more healthy but also to raise funds for the local Bombeiros Voluntairos as at each coffee morning the ladies who choose to weigh in also make a donation to the 'bombeiros pig'.

So to help them along and make it interesting I've added the items on the side and I hope that more of you may join us and 'get healthy'!  or at least make the effort (as in my case :).

Boa Sorte! Everyone may we shed loads and make lots of money for the very deserving Bombeiros Voluntarios who have kept so many of us safe this summer.
